  • Montgomery County, MD, however, at this time, only tele-health services are being offered. This provides accessibility for those seeking services outside of the Montgomery County area.

  • Online therapy is the same as in person therapy. We will work on the goals established together. The only difference is where the sessions are taking place. Client receives a HIPPA-compliant link for sessions to ensure confidentially at all times.

  • Not at this time.

  • $150 for 45-50 minutes

    $200 for Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation

  • At this time we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield , United Health and self-pay. Clients may choose to use out-of-network benefits, HSA or flexible spending accounts for therapy services. Please contact us with any questions.

    Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We can provide you with a superbill if needed.

    * insurance services requires a diagnosis that remains on your records, usually dictates the length of services, and can limit what type of therapy you can receive. We believe these decisions are best explored between you and your clinician.

  • During the first appointment, we will go over important details pertaining to payments, insurance and policies. Additionally, the first session is an intake session where critical information is gathered to assess your presenting symptoms, concerns and make a tailored plan.

  • Unfortunately, this is not possible to say. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time counseling can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place.

  • Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of a time set aside, especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours of notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. A fee of $100 will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 24 hours advanced notice.

    *For Monday appointments, you need to cancel on Friday.

    The credit card information you provide will be used to process this payment. By providing your credit card information or booking an appointment, you consent to this policy. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
