We recommend discussing this with your attorney to determine if it would be beneficial in your situation.

  • An immigration evaluation can be a valuable tool in supporting your case, but it's not a guarantee of success. The evaluation can provide an expert opinion on your mental health and its impact on your immigration case, which may be important for demonstrating your eligibility for relief or protection. However, the outcome of your case will depend on various factors, including the specifics of your situation, the strength of your evidence, and the legal arguments presented. It's essential to consult with an immigration attorney who can advise you on the best strategies for your case.
